I adopted a puppy from the humane society. On her card it said that she is a Siberian Husky mix. I was curious to find out what the "mix" was. I purchased the dna kit from Petsmart, Biovet. I only had to provide her name and date of birth, I did not have to send a photo, nor did I have to tell them what she looked like, so they had no idea. Everyone can see the husky in her and alot of people said that she looks like she has Akita in her, a few said a boxer, and some said German Shepherd. Results from DNA testing report Siberian Husky and Great Dane......that might explain the really long legs and long body.
I am happy with the results because obviously the Siberian Husky part was correct and I guess we will see about the great dane.
